Static data vs. transactional history
All plans handle static data — master data like customers, vendors, chart of accounts, items, and employees. These are the records that define your business structure and don't change often.
Transactional data — invoices, bills, journal entries, payments, time entries — is available on Pro and Enterprise. This data is higher volume, more complex to transform, and carries more risk if migrated incorrectly. The Pro agents are built specifically for this.

Overage rate
If you exceed your monthly record limit, we charge $0.002 per additional record. You'll get an email warning at 80% of your limit — never a surprise bill.
Upgrade premium
Upgrade anytime; we apply a prorated credit for unused days on your current plan. No upgrade fee, no penalty.
Retention renewal
Your 12-month retention window is included in every plan. After 12 months, archived records are retrievable at $0.005 per record on request. You choose what to keep.
Cancellation policy
Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your export files and AI agent decisions remain accessible in read-only mode for 6 months post-cancellation, then they are permanently deleted. We'll email you 2 weeks and 1 day before deletion. No partial-month refunds; no cancellation fee.
